Authorization to Sell
In consideration of sales and marketing efforts on the above airplane, I agree to pay to Fred H. Quarles, a commission of 5% of the gross sales price of this airplane for services rendered in finding a suitable purchaser, upon closing of this sale to a purchaser he locates for me. This commission will be due and payable upon closing and will constitute a lien on the aircraft until paid. I further represent that the above information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. This is a NON-EXCLUSIVE LISTING AGREEMENT WHICH expires 180 days from date. If a person he has introduced to me within the period of the listing agreement purchases the airplane within a period of two years I agree that he was the procuring source of the purchaser and I agree to pay the fee at closing.
